sure that we have not?
This is the phrase that I hear repeatedly from gym users and not only that, but are we really sure that we do not have?
Often, in 99% of cases, using this excuse to do nothing, when in fact it is not the time to be no, but rather the way in which we use it.
fact, we are all slaves of technology, we spend hours and hours at:
- see Netflix,
- check for notifications on social,
- responding to groups WhatsApp ...
- take walks in nature ...
so the problem is not lack of time, but the way in which we decide to spend it.
My advice is to limit this lost time, and invest it in YOUR BODY CARE, because we know time is money, and throw it so it is really useless!
Even you think I should invest it this time? What wait?
