Safe is the only solution!
When you follow a low-calorie diet, usually it tends to completely exclude certain foods and promote the recruitment of other at will (such as fruits and vegetables).
In fact, in my opinion, the secret is to change mindset and approach to food; because if it would closely monitor everything carefully, I can safely indulge in a dessert, a pizza or a bad mistake every now and then without creating me any kind of problem.
First we have to understand that the food we mostly are some concerns
- macro and micro nutrients in that food
- index satiety
once you understand this then we differentiate:
- "junk food": are foods high-calorie, no fillers and do not provide micronutrients
- "healthy food": usually brings few calories, are very satiating (like vegetables due to the fiber content) and make the right nutrients.
Once these considerations we may well enter the different foods in our diet, it is important to bring them within the count kcal daily and, most importantly, always with some restraint.
the end the bad mistake, if done wisely, will allow you to soffire less diet and to be able to extend it for longer thereby leading to greater results.
To conclude then, is not only with rice, chicken and vegetables that you stay on a diet; but rather with the right mix of food stored in the right meal plan (preferably prepared by a nutritionist). Cos'aspettate? Now the diet will not be so h
